BYOD
Using your personal devices (phone, computer) for work, with the risks that entails.
BYOD means using your own equipment to access work resources. It is flexible, but it mixes private life and work and complicates security, because the organisation does not really control the device. It is framed by clear rules, the separation of work and personal spaces, and a minimum of required security.
